Our exclusive, annual mechanical memberships include thorough inspections of air conditioning systems, furnace operations, essential plumbing and electrical components to maintain a safe and comfortable home during both the spring and fall seasons. Ensuring the longevity and optimal performance of your mechanical systems are essential for any home. With regular mechanical checks, you can rest assured knowing that your equipment is functioning efficiently and safely. Annual membership includes one A/C unit, furnace, water heater, and panel for $499. If additional units or panels are in the home, the price will vary.
A/C SERVICE
Check A/C unit to ensure it’s running at full potential. This includes the following:
Wash condenser coil
Check for proper amperage and voltage
Check filter
Check blower motor
Check condenser fan motor
Test capacitors
Check electrical connections
Flush condensate to ensure proper operation
Start unit to test for proper temperature drop
Test operation and cycle of the unit
ELECTRICAL SERVICE
Check Outlets
We will check your household outlets to ensure proper polarity.
Check the Electrical Panel for Good Connections
We will inspect your panel, checking for loose connections and correct wire sizes.

SPRING SERVICE
FURNACE SERVICE
Check the furnace unit to ensure it’s running at full potential. This includes the following:
Check filter
Check blower motor
Check inducer motor
Test capacitors
Check electrical connections
Ensure condensate is working correctly
Check flame sensor
Test pressure switches
Start up and check for proper ignition and flame
Check temperature rise and verify the proper cycle of the unit
PLUMBING SERVICE
Water Heater Flush
We will flush your water heater to drain sediment and mineral buildup.
Check Toilet Flapper and Sinks
Inspect toilet flappers to ensure proper toilet function.
Check for Leaks
We will check for leaks under your sink.
